Navina Hair extensions may be exchanged within 7 days of original receipt date. Navina does not  allow refunds.. All exchanges are subject to a 20% restocking fee . We do not offer refunds or credit on shipping charges. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your exchange. All exchanges on Navina Hair extensions must be unused and in the original packaging and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Hair extensions must not be washed, brushed out, permed or styled, or colored.  They must be in their original condition.

If there is a problem with your order, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. Failure to meet this deadline will result in a void of the limited warranty.  We do not guarantee hair that has been chemically processed, or in any way altered other than by Navina Hair.  Navina Hair is not responsible for any labor costs associated with installation, removal, or styling.

To obtain an exchange or refund you must send in a written request by fax to 1.661.816.6287 or email at navinahair@hotmail.com.  Your order number, name, date of purchase and contact number must be included. 

Due to the nature of the product, there are no returns or exchanges on Navina hair care products.

All custom made orders are final. Deposits are required on all custom orders. Deposits are non-refundable. In the event of cancellation of custom goods, deposit will not be returned. Navina is not responsible for orders left over 30 days.

Navina takes great pride in carefully selecting only the finest Indian virgin remy human hair.  Each bundle of hair has been thoroughly inspected and carefully hand selected.  Each weft has been tightly sewn to ensure minimal if any shedding.
